s 25 Power of arrest
Any member of the Security Forces may, without warrant, arrest any person found committing, alleged to have committed or reasonably suspected of having committed any offence under any written laws in the security area.

Mana-mana anggota Pasukan Keselamatan boleh, tanpa waran, menangkap mana-mana orang yang didapati melakukan, didakwa telah melakukan atau semunasabahnya disyaki telah melakukan apa-apa kesalahan di bawah mana-mana undang-undang bertulis di dalam kawasan keselamatan.
