National Security Council Act 2016 s 29

s 29 Power to seize vehicle, vessel, aircraft or conveyance

Any member of the Security Forces may seize any vehicle, vessel, aircraft or conveyance in the security area if he suspects that the vehicle, vessel, aircraft or conveyance is likely to be connected with the commission of an offence under any written laws.

Kuasa untuk menyita kenderaan, vesel, pesawat udara atau pengangkut

Mana-mana anggota Pasukan Keselamatan boleh menyita apa-apa kenderaan, vesel, pesawat udara atau pengangkut di dalam kawasan keselamatan jika dia mengesyaki bahawa kenderaan, vesel, pesawat udara atau pengangkut itu berkemungkinan mempunyai kaitan dengan pelakuan suatu kesalahan di bawah mana-mana undang-undang bertulis.
