Interest Schemes Act 2016 s 1

s 1 Short title and commencement

(1) This Act may be cited as the Interest Schemes Act 2016. (2) This Act comes into operation on a date to be appointed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette and the Minister may appoint different dates for the coming into operation of different provisions of this Act.

Tajuk ringkas dan permulaan kuat kuasa

(1) Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Skim Kepentingan 2016. (2) Akta ini mula berkuat kuasa pada tarikh yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta dan Menteri boleh menetapkan tarikh yang berlainan bagi permulaan kuat kuasa peruntukan yang berlainan Akta ini.
