Interest Schemes Act 2016 s 14
The Registrar shall refuse to register the application of a proposed scheme if he is satisfied that— (a) the proposed scheme is likely to be used for unlawful purposes or for purposes prejudicial to public peace, welfare or good order in Malaysia; or (b) the registration of the proposed scheme would be contrary to the national security or interest.
Kuasa untuk menolak pendaftaran
Pendaftar hendaklah menolak untuk mendaftar permohonan skim yang dicadangkan jika Pendaftar berpuas hati bahawa— (a) skim yang dicadangkan mungkin digunakan bagi maksud yang menyalahi undang-undang atau bagi maksud yang memudaratkan keamanan awam, kebajikan atau ketertiban di Malaysia; atau (b) pendaftaran skim yang dicadangkan akan bertentangan dengan keselamatan atau kepentingan negara.
