Interest Schemes Act 2016 s 18
From the date of registration of conversion— (a) all properties vested in the small scheme, all interests, rights, privileges, liabilities and obligations relating to the scheme, and the whole of the undertaking of the scheme, as the case may be, shall be transferred to and vest in the premium scheme without further assurance, act or deed; and (b) the small scheme shall cease.
Kesan penukaran
Mulai tarikh pendaftaran penukaran— (a) semua harta yang terletak hak dalam skim kecil, semua kepentingan, hak, keistimewaan, liabiliti dan obligasi yang berhubungan dengan skim itu, dan keseluruhan pelaksanaan skim itu, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, hendaklah dipindahkan kepada dan terletak hak pada skim premium itu tanpa jaminan, tindakan atau surat ikatan lanjut; dan (b) skim kecil itu hendaklah terhenti.
