s 19 Approval of trust deed and contractual agreement
(1) For the purposes of an application under section 9, an approval for a trust deed or contractual agreement shall only be granted if—
(a) an approval for the appointment of trustee referred to in subsection 22(2) has been obtained; and
(b) the approval for the appointment of the trustee has not been revoked and the trustee has not ceased office.
(2) In granting the approval, the Registrar shall have the power to impose any conditions that he thinks fit.

Kelulusan surat ikatan amanah dan perjanjian kontraktual
(1) Bagi maksud suatu permohonan di bawah seksyen 9, kelulusan bagi suatu surat ikatan amanah atau perjanjian kontraktual hendaklah hanya diberikan jika—
(a) kelulusan bagi pelantikan pemegang amanah yang disebut dalam subseksyen 22(2) telah diperoleh; dan
(b) kelulusan bagi pelantikan pemegang amanah itu tidak dibatalkan dan pemegang amanah itu tidak berhenti daripada jawatan.
(2) Apabila memberikan kelulusan, Pendaftar hendaklah mempunyai kuasa untuk mengenakan apa-apa syarat yang difikirkannya patut.
