s 29 Registration of prospectus or product disclosure statement
A prospectus or product disclosure statement shall be registered if—
(a) a copy of the prospectus or product disclosure statement signed by every director and every person who is named in the prospectus or product disclosure statement as a proposed director of the management company or by his agent authorized in writing is lodged with the Registrar on or before the date of its issue;
(b) the prospectus or product disclosure statement is submitted to the Registrar together with—
(i) a written application for the registration of the prospectus or product disclosure statement;
(ii) copies of all consents required under section 33;
(iii) copies of all material contracts referred to in the prospectus or product disclosure statement or, in the case of a contract not reduced into writing, a memorandum giving full particulars of the contract, verified in accordance with any requirements specified by the Registrar; and
(iv) any other information or documents as may be required by the Registrar.

Pendaftaran prospektus atau pernyataan penzahiran produk
Suatu prospektus atau pernyataan penzahiran produk hendaklah didaftarkan jika—
(a) suatu salinan prospektus atau pernyataan penzahiran produk ditandatangani oleh tiap-tiap pengarah dan tiaptiap orang yang dinamakan dalam prospektus atau pernyataan penzahiran produk sebagai pengarah yang dicadangkan syarikat pengurusan itu atau oleh ejennya yang diberi kuasa secara bertulis diserah simpan dengan Pendaftar pada atau sebelum tarikh keluarannya;
(b) prospektus atau pernyataan penzahiran produk telah dikemukakan kepada Pendaftar bersama dengan—
(i) permohonan bertulis bagi pendaftaran prospektus atau pernyataan penzahiran produk;
(ii) salinan semua persetujuan yang dikehendaki di bawah seksyen 33;
(iii) salinan semua kontrak material yang disebut dalam prospektus atau pernyataan penzahiran produk atau, dalam hal suatu kontrak yang tidak bertulis, suatu memorandum yang memberikan butir-butir penuh kontrak, yang disahkan mengikut apa-apa kehendak yang dinyatakan oleh Pendaftar; dan
(iv) apa-apa maklumat atau dokumen lain yang dikehendaki oleh Pendaftar.
