s 80 Inspection of registers and documents at registered office
(1) Any register or document that is required to be made available for inspection under this Act, shall be made available for inspection to any person authorized under this Act to inspect such
register or document at the registered office of a management company or any other place allowed by this Act.
(2) Any person authorized under this Act to inspect the register or document shall be allowed to make copies or take the documents or part of the document, or take extracts from the documents.
(3) A management company shall provide proper facilities to enable the documents to be inspected.
(4) The management company and every officer who contravene this section commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit.

Pemeriksaan daftar dan dokumen di pejabat berdaftar
(1) Mana-mana daftar atau dokumen yang dikehendaki untuk tersedia bagi pemeriksaan di bawah Akta ini, hendaklah dijadikan tersedia bagi pemeriksaan kepada mana-mana orang yang diberi kuasa di bawah Akta ini untuk memeriksa daftar atau dokumen itu di pejabat berdaftar syarikat pengurusan atau mana-mana tempat lain yang dibenarkan oleh Akta ini.
(2) Mana-mana orang yang diberi kuasa di bawah Akta ini untuk memeriksa daftar atau dokumen itu hendaklah dibenarkan untuk membuat salinan atau mengambil dokumen atau sebahagian daripadanya, atau mengambil cabutan daripada dokumen itu.
(3) Syarikat pengurusan hendaklah menyediakan kemudahan yang sesuai untuk membolehkan dokumen itu diperiksa.
(4) Syarikat pengurusan dan tiap-tiap pegawai yang melanggar seksyen ini melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi sepuluh ribu ringgit.
