s 81 Registers and inspection of documents lodged with Registrar
(1) The Registrar shall, subject to this Act, keep such registers as he thinks necessary in such forms as he thinks fit.
(2) Any person may, on payment of the prescribed fee—
(a) inspect any document filed or lodged with the Registrar;
(b) request for a certificate of the authorization of a scheme or any other certificate issued under this Act; or
(c) request for a copy of or extract from any document that he is entitled to inspect under paragraph (a) or any certificate referred to in paragraph (b) to be given and certified by the Registrar.

Daftar dan pemeriksaan dokumen yang diserah simpan dengan Pendaftar
(1) Pendaftar hendaklah, tertakluk kepada Akta ini, menyimpan daftar sebagaimana yang difikirkannya perlu dalam apa-apa bentuk yang difikirkannya patut.
(2) Mana-mana orang boleh, setelah membayar fi yang ditetapkan—
(a) memeriksa apa-apa dokumen yang difailkan atau diserah simpan dengan Pendaftar;
(b) meminta perakuan kebenaran suatu skim atau apa-apa perakuan lain yang dikeluarkan di bawah Akta ini; atau
(c) meminta suatu salinan atau cabutan daripada apa-apa dokumen yang dia berhak untuk memeriksa di bawah perenggan (a) atau apa-apa perakuan yang disebut dalam perenggan (b) untuk diberikan dan diperakui oleh Pendaftar.
