BERNAMA Act 1967 s 20

s 20 Board may establish committees

(1) The Board may establish committees to consider special questions as may be referred to the committees by the Board. (2) The committees shall perform its functions according to the directions given to the committees by the Board.

Lembaga boleh menubuhkan jawatankuasa

(1) Lembaga boleh menubuhkan jawatankuasa bagi menimbangkan soalan khas yang dirujuk kepada jawatankuasa itu oleh Lembaga. (2) Jawatankuasa hendaklah melaksanakan fungsinya mengikut arahan yang diberikan kepada jawatankuasa oleh Lembaga.
