BERNAMA Act 1967 s 21

s 21 Subscribers

The following classes of subscribers are entitled to enter into arrangements to have the services of BERNAMA: (a) newspapers operating in Malaysia; and (b) any other newspapers, news agencies, institutions, bodies or persons and any other subscribers as may be authorized by the Board.

Golongan pelanggan yang berikut berhak membuat perkiraan untuk mendapatkan perkhidmatan BERNAMA: (a) surat khabar yang beroperasi di Malaysia; dan (b) mana-mana surat khabar, agensi berita, institusi, badan atau orang dan mana-mana pelanggan lain yang dibenarkan oleh Lembaga.
