s 46 Repeal and dissolution
(1) The Malaysian Forestry Research and Development Board Act 1985 is repealed. (2) The Malaysian Forestry Research and Development Board established under the repealed Act is dissolved.

(1) Akta Lembaga Penyelidikan dan Pembangunan Perhutanan Malaysia 1985 dimansuhkan. (2) Lembaga Penyelidikan dan Pembangunan Perhutanan Malaysia yang ditubuhkan di bawah Akta yang dimansuhkan dibubarkan.
