All powers, rights, privileges, liabilities, obligations and duties that before the commencement date were those of the dissolved Board shall devolve as from the commencement date on the Institute.

Pemindahan kuasa, dsb.
Segala kuasa, hak, keistimewaan, liabiliti, obligasi dan kewajipan yang sebelum tarikh permulaan kuat kuasa merupakan kuasa, hak, keistimewaan, liabiliti, obligasi dan kewajipan Lembaga yang dibubarkan hendaklah dari tarikh permulaan kuat kuasa turun kepada Institut.
