Forest Research Institute Malaysia Act 2016 s 52
All persons holding office under the repealed Act immediately before the commencement date as— (a) Director General; (b) Deputy Director General; (c) officers and servants of the Institute, shall be deemed to have been appointed under this Act and shall continue to hold such office on the same terms and conditions for a term expiring on the date on which their appointments under the repealed Act would expire.
Pegawai terus memegang jawatan
Semua orang yang memegang jawatan di bawah Akta yang dimansuhkan sebaik sebelum tarikh permulaan kuat kuasa sebagai— (a) Ketua Pengarah; (b) Timbalan Ketua Pengarah; (c) pegawai dan pekhidmat Institut, hendaklah disifatkan telah dilantik di bawah Akta ini dan hendaklah terus memegang jawatan sedemikian atas terma dan syarat yang sama bagi tempoh yang akan tamat pada tarikh yang pelantikannya di bawah Akta yang dimansuhkan sepatutnya tamat tempoh.
