s 53 Continuance of pending applications, etc.
(1) All applications, approvals and decisions, on appeal or otherwise, pending before the dissolved Board shall on the commencement date be dealt with by the Institute.
(2) All applications, approvals and decisions, on appeal or otherwise, pending before the Minister under the repealed Act shall on the commencement date be dealt with by the Minister under this Act.
(3) All instruments, certificates and documents lodged with the dissolved Board before the commencement date shall on the commencement date be lodged with the Institute.

Penerusan permohonan, dsb., yang belum selesai
(1) Semua permohonan, kelulusan dan keputusan, atas rayuan atau selainnya, yang belum selesai di hadapan Lembaga yang dibubarkan hendaklah pada tarikh permulaan kuat kuasa diuruskan oleh Institut.
(2) Semua permohonan, kelulusan dan keputusan, atas rayuan atau selainnya, yang belum selesai di hadapan Menteri di bawah Akta yang dimansuhkan hendaklah pada tarikh permulaan kuat kuasa diuruskan oleh Menteri di bawah Akta ini.
(3) Semua surat cara, perakuan dan dokumen yang diserah simpan dengan Lembaga yang dibubarkan sebelum tarikh permulaan kuat kuasa hendaklah pada tarikh permulaan kuat kuasa diserah simpan dengan Institut.
