Self-Employment Social Security Act 2017 s 63
Any person may, at any proceedings before the Tribunal except the appearance of the person for the purposes of his examination as a witness, appear personally, or be represented by a legal practitioner or by any person authorized in writing by the person, or where there is no authorization in writing, by any person allowed by the Tribunal to appear on behalf of the person.
Pewakilan dalam prosiding di hadapan Tribunal
Mana-mana orang boleh, dalam mana-mana prosiding di hadapan Tribunal kecuali kehadiran seseorang bagi maksud diperiksa sebagai seorang saksi, hadir sendiri, atau diwakili oleh pengamal undangundang atau oleh mana-mana orang yang diberi kuasa secara bertulis oleh orang itu, atau jika tiada kebenaran bertulis, oleh mana-mana orang yang dibenarkan oleh Tribunal untuk hadir bagi pihak orang itu.
