s 64 Benefit not paid for non-compliance of regulations
(1) A Tribunal shall not direct the payment of any benefit to a self-employed insured person unless he has made a claim for such benefit in accordance with this Act or any regulations made under this Act.
(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), the Tribunal may direct the payment of the benefit if the Tribunal is satisfied that there was reasonable excuse for not making a claim for the benefit in compliance with this Act or any regulations made under this Act.

Faedah tidak dibayar kerana ketidakpatuhan peraturan- peraturan
(1) Tribunal tidak boleh mengarahkan pembayaran apa-apa faedah kepada orang berinsurans bekerja sendiri melainkan jika dia telah membuat tuntutan bagi faedah itu mengikut Akta ini atau apa-apa peraturan-peraturan yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini.
(2) Walau apa pun subseksyen (1), Tribunal boleh mengarahkan pembayaran faedah sekiranya Tribunal berpuas hati bahawa terdapat sebab munasabah untuk tidak membuat tuntutan bagi faedah itu dengan mematuhi Akta ini atau apa-apa peraturan-peraturan yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini.
