(1) In all matters pertaining to benefits under this Act, the Organization may deal directly with the self-employed insured person or his dependants, or an official of a registered institution authorized in writing by such self-employed insured person or his dependants, or a legal practitioner representing such self-employed insured person or his dependants.
(2) The Organization may refuse to entertain any representation made by any other person.

Pertubuhan berurusan dengan orang yang diberi kuasa
(1) Dalam semua perkara mengenai faedah di bawah Akta ini, Pertubuhan boleh berurusan secara langsung dengan orang berinsurans bekerja sendiri atau orang tanggungannya, atau institusi rasmi berdaftar yang diberi kuasa secara bertulis oleh orang berinsurans bekerja sendiri atau orang tanggungannya, atau seorang pengamal undang-undang yang mewakili orang berinsurans bekerja sendiri atau orang tanggungannya.
(2) Pertubuhan boleh enggan melayani apa-apa representasi yang dibuat oleh mana-mana orang lain.
