Self-Employment Social Security Act 2017 s 87

s 87 Electronic submission of documents

(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Organization may allow any returns, statements, particulars, records, notice, reports, register or other documents required to be submitted or furnished under this Act or any regulations made under this Act by an electronic medium or by way of an electronic transmission. (2) The conditions and specifications under which the returns, statements, particulars, records, notice, reports, register or other documents referred to in subsection (1) are to be submitted or furnished as determined by the Organization. (3) The returns, statements, particulars, records, notice, reports, register or other documents referred to in subsection (1) shall be deemed to have been submitted or furnished by a person to the Organization on the date an acknowledgement of receipt of such documents is transmitted electronically by the Organization to the person. (4) The acknowledgment of receipt by the Organization, returns, statements, particulars, records, notice, reports, register or other documents submitted or furnished pursuant to subsection (3) shall be admissible as evidence in any proceedings.

Pengemukaan dokumen secara elektronik

(1) Tertakluk pada subseksyen (2), Pertubuhan boleh membenarkan apa-apa penyata, penyataan, butiran, rekod, notis, laporan, daftar atau dokumen lain yang dikehendaki untuk dikemukakan atau diberikan di bawah Akta ini atau apa-apa peraturanperaturan yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini melalui pengantara elektronik atau secara penghantaran elektronik. (2) Syarat dan spesifikasi yang di bawahnya penyata, penyataan, butiran, rekod, notis, laporan, daftar atau dokumen lain yang disebut dalam subseksyen (1) hendaklah dikemukakan atau diberikan sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Pertubuhan. (3) Penyata, penyataan, butiran, rekod, notis, laporan, daftar atau dokumen lain yang disebut dalam subseksyen (1) hendaklah disifatkan telah dikemukakan atau diberikan oleh seseorang kepada Pertubuhan pada tarikh suatu pengakuan terima dokumen itu dihantar secara elektronik oleh Pertubuhan kepada orang itu. (4) Pengakuan terima oleh Pertubuhan, penyata, penyataan, butiran, rekod, notis, laporan, daftar atau dokumen lain yang dikemukakan atau diberikan menurut subseksyen (3) hendaklah boleh diterima sebagai keterangan dalam mana-mana prosiding.
