s 20 Procedure on receipt of application
(1) On receipt of an application or reference, the Chairman shall within not later than thirty days notify both parties in writing of the time and place at which the application or reference shall be heard.
(2) A notice delivered to a party on an application or reference by the hand of some person acting under the authority of the Committee or sent by registered post to the address of a party as stated in the memorandum of the tenancy agreement shall be deemed to have been served upon such party.

Tatacara apabila permohonan diterima
(1) Apabila suatu permohonan atau rujukan diterima, Pengerusi hendaklah dalam tempoh tidak lewat daripada tiga puluh hari memberitahu kedua-dua pihak secara bertulis mengenai masa dan tempat permohonan atau rujukan itu akan didengar.
(2) Sesuatu notis yang diserahkan dengan tangan kepada sesuatu pihak dalam permohonan atau rujukan oleh seseorang yang bertindak di bawah kuasa Jawatankuasa atau yang dihantar melalui pos berdaftar ke alamat pihak yang dinyatakan dalam memorandum perjanjian penyewaan itu hendaklah disifatkan telah disampaikan kepada pihak itu.
