s 25 Stay of execution
On an appeal being filed against the decision or order of the Committee, on the application of any party to the proceedings, the Committee may stay execution of such decision or order pending the decision of the Tribunal.

Apabila sesuatu rayuan difailkan terhadap keputusan atau perintah Jawatankuasa, atas permohonan mana-mana pihak kepada prosiding itu, Jawatankuasa boleh menggantung pelaksanaan keputusan atau perintah itu sementara menanti keputusan Tribunal.
