Padi Cultivators (Control of Rent and Security of Tenure) Act 1967 s 26

s 26 Appeals to Tribunal

An appeal shall lie from any decision or order of the Committee to a Tribunal consisting of three persons appointed by the State Authority, one of whom shall be a public officer possessing professional legal qualifications, who shall be the President of the Tribunal.

Rayuan kepada Tribunal

Rayuan boleh dibuat terhadap mana-mana keputusan atau perintah Jawatankuasa kepada Tribunal yang terdiri daripada tiga orang yang dilantik oleh Pihak Berkuasa Negeri, seorang daripada mereka hendaklah seorang pegawai awam yang mempunyai kelayakan undang-undang profesional, yang hendaklah menjadi Yang Dipertua Tribunal.
