Padi Cultivators (Control of Rent and Security of Tenure) Act 1967 s 37
Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of this Act for which no penalty is expressly provided shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine of one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment which may extend to a term of six months or to both.

Mana-mana orang yang melanggar mana-mana peruntukan Akta ini yang baginya tiada penalti diperuntukkan dengan nyata boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda satu ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh sehingga enam bulan atau kedua-duanya.
