Padi Cultivators (Control of Rent and Security of Tenure) Act 1967 s 36
s 36 Offences for failure to comply with decision or order of Tribunal or Committee, etc.
Any person who—
(a) fails to vacate a padi land within fourteen days from the date of the service of the order of the Tribunal or Committee directing him to vacate such land;
(b) remains on the land after the expiration of the period of such order of the Tribunal or Committee;
(c) cultivates or employs any person to cultivate the land after the expiration of such period; or
(d) refuses or fails to comply with any decision or order of the Tribunal or Committee,
shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine of two thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or to both.

Kesalahan kerana tidak mematuhi keputusan atau perintah Tribunal atau Jawatankuasa, dsb.
Mana-mana orang yang—
(a) tidak mengosongkan tanah padi dalam tempoh empat belas hari dari tarikh penyampaian perintah Tribunal atau Jawatankuasa yang mengarahkannya untuk mengosongkan tanah itu;
(b) masih tinggal atas tanah itu selepas habis tempoh perintah Tribunal atau Jawatankuasa itu;
(c) mengusahakan atau menggaji mana-mana orang untuk mengusahakan tanah itu selepas habis tempoh itu; atau
(d) enggan atau tidak mematuhi apa-apa keputusan atau perintah Tribunal atau Jawatankuasa,
melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda dua ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh sehingga satu tahun atau kedua-duanya.
