Access to Biological Resources and Benefit Sharing Act 2017 s 38
An enforcement officer may at any time enter any premises for the purpose of— (a) inspecting any biological resource, conveyance, machinery, contrivance, equipment, book, record, document or other article as he considers necessary; (b) verifying the accuracy of records or statements or any information given to an enforcement officer; or (c) collecting any biological resource.
Kuasa untuk memasuki premis
Seorang pegawai penguat kuasa boleh pada bila-bila masa memasuki mana-mana premis bagi maksud— (a) memeriksa mana-mana sumber biologi, pengangkut, jentera, peralatan, kelengkapan, buku, rekod, dokumen atau benda lain sebagaimana yang difikirkannya perlu; (b) mengesahkan ketepatan rekod atau kenyataan atau apa-apa maklumat yang diberikan kepada pegawai penguat kuasa; atau (c) memungut apa-apa sumber biologi.
