Access to Biological Resources and Benefit Sharing Act 2017 s 39
Any enforcement officer conducting a search under this Act shall be given access to computerized data whether stored in a computer or otherwise, and for such purpose, shall be provided with the necessary password, encryption code, decryption code, software or hardware and any other means required to enable comprehension of computerized data.
Capaian kepada data berkomputer
Mana-mana pegawai penguat kuasa yang menjalankan suatu penggeledahan di bawah Akta ini hendaklah diberi capaian kepada data berkomputer sama ada disimpan dalam suatu komputer atau selainnya, dan bagi maksud itu, hendaklah diberikan kata laluan, kod penyulitan, kod penyahsulitan, perisian atau perkakasan yang perlu dan apa-apa cara lain yang dikehendaki untuk membolehkan data berkomputer itu difahami.
