s 33 Approval of claim for benefits
(1) After considering the contributions qualifying conditions in respect of a claim for benefits by an insured person—
(a) in the case where the contributions qualifying conditions is fulfilled, the Organization shall approve the claim for benefits; and
(b) in the case where the contributions qualifying conditions is not fulfilled, the Organization shall reject the claim for benefits and the claim for benefits shall be deemed to have never been made by the insured person.
(2) The Organization shall notify its decision made under subsection (1) to the insured person.
(3) After approving the claim for benefits under paragraph (1)(a), the Organization shall determine the relevant benefits to be provided to the insured person.

Kelulusan tuntutan bagi faedah
(1) Selepas menimbangkan syarat kelayakan caruman berkenaan dengan suatu tuntutan bagi faedah oleh orang berinsurans—
(a) dalam hal jika syarat kelayakan caruman dipenuhi, Pertubuhan hendaklah meluluskan tuntutan bagi faedah itu; dan
(b) dalam hal jika syarat kelayakan caruman tidak dipenuhi, Pertubuhan hendaklah menolak tuntutan bagi faedah itu dan tuntutan bagi faedah itu hendaklah disifatkan tidak pernah dibuat oleh orang berinsurans itu.
(2) Pertubuhan hendaklah memberitahu keputusannya yang dibuat di bawah subseksyen (1) kepada orang berinsurans itu.
(3) Selepas meluluskan tuntutan bagi faedah di bawah perenggan
(1)(a), Pertubuhan hendaklah menentukan faedah yang berkaitan yang hendaklah diberikan kepada orang berinsurans itu.
