s 46 Employment Insurance Fund
(1) A fund to be known as the “Employment Insurance Fund” is established and shall be administered and controlled by the Organization.
(2) The Fund shall consist of—
(a) contributions payable by employers and insured persons;
(b) rents, interests, dividends and any other incomes derived from the assets of the Fund;
(c) sums accruing to the Fund under this Act including the repayment of benefits;
(d) moneys borrowed by the Organization under this Act;
(e) fees and any interest on arrears of contributions imposed by or payable to the Organization under this Act;
(f) moneys derived as income from the investment by the Organization under this Act;
(g) moneys received by the Organization by way of grants, donations and gifts for the purpose of this Act;
(h) moneys derived from the sale, disposal, lease or hire of, or any other dealing with, any property, mortgage, charge or debenture transferred to, vested in or acquired by the Organization;
(i) other moneys and properties which may, in any manner, become payable to or vested in the Organization in respect of the performance of its functions and the exercise of its powers;
(j) any costs paid to or recovered by the Organization in any settlement of action or proceedings, civil or criminal; and
(k) all other moneys and properties lawfully received by the Organization.

Kumpulan Wang Insurans Pekerjaan
(1) Suatu kumpulan wang yang dikenali sebagai “Kumpulan Wang Insurans Pekerjaan” ditubuhkan dan hendaklah ditadbir dan dikawal oleh Pertubuhan.
(2) Kumpulan Wang hendaklah terdiri daripada—
(a) caruman yang kena dibayar oleh majikan dan orang berinsurans;
(b) sewa, bunga, dividend dan apa-apa pendapatan lain yangdiperoleh daripada aset Kumpulan Wang;
(c) jumlah wang yang terakru kepada Kumpulan Wang di bawah Akta ini termasuk bayaran balik faedah;
(d) wang yang dipinjam oleh Pertubuhan di bawah Akta ini;
(e) fi dan apa-apa bunga atas tunggakan caruman yang dikenakan oleh atau kena dibayar kepada Pertubuhan di bawah Akta ini;
(f) wang yang diperoleh sebagai pendapatan daripada pelaburan oleh Pertubuhan di bawah Akta ini;
(g) wang yang diterima oleh Pertubuhan melalui pemberian, derma dan hadiah bagi maksud Akta ini;
(h) wang yang diperoleh daripada penjualan, pelupusan, pajakan atau penyewaan, atau apa-apa urusan lain dengan, apa-apa harta, gadai janji, gadaian atau debentur yang dipindahkan kepada, yang terletak hak pada atau diperoleh oleh Pertubuhan;
(i) wang dan harta lain yang boleh, mengikut apa-apa cara, menjadi kena dibayar kepada atau terletak hak pada Pertubuhan berkenaan dengan pelaksanaan fungsinya dan penjalanan kuasanya;
(j) apa-apa kos yang dibayar kepada atau didapatkan balik oleh Pertubuhan dalam apa-apa penyelesaian tindakan atau prosiding, sivil atau jenayah; dan
(k) semua wang dan harta lain yang diterima secara sah oleh Pertubuhan.
