Employment Insurance System Act 2017 s 63
s 63 Representation in proceedings before Appellate Board
Any person may, at any proceedings before the Appellate Board except the appearance of the person for the purposes of his examination as a witness, appear personally or be represented by a legal practitioner, or by any person authorized in writing by the person, or where there is no authorization in writing, by any person allowed by the Appellate Board to appear on behalf of the person.

Pewakilan dalam prosiding di hadapan Jemaah Rayuan
Mana-mana orang boleh, dalam mana-mana prosiding di hadapan Jemaah Rayuan kecuali kehadiran seseorang bagi maksud pemeriksaannya sebagai seorang saksi, hadir sendiri atau diwakili oleh pengamal undang-undang, atau oleh mana-mana orang yang diberi kuasa secara bertulis oleh orang itu, atau jika tiada pemberian kuasa secara bertulis, oleh mana-mana orang yang dibenarkan oleh Jemaah Rayuan untuk hadir bagi pihak orang itu.
