Employment Insurance System Act 2017 s 66
Where the Organization has made an appeal against an order of the Appellate Board, the Appellate Board may, and if directed by the High Court shall, pending the decision of the appeal, withhold the order appealed against relating to the payment of any sum of money.
Penggantungan bayaran sementara menunggu rayuan
Jika Pertubuhan telah membuat suatu rayuan terhadap suatu perintah Jemaah Rayuan, Jemaah Rayuan boleh, dan jika diarahkan oleh Mahkamah Tinggi hendaklah, sementara menunggu keputusan rayuan itu, menahan perintah yang terhadapnya rayuan dibuat yang berhubungan dengan bayaran apa-apa jumlah wang.
