Employment Insurance System Act 2017 s 81
The Director General, Deputy Directors General, all members of the Board, the Committee or committee established under section 9, Employment Services Officers and officers and servants of the Organization, while discharging their duties under this Act or any regulations made under this Act, shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of the Penal Code [Act 574].
Pekhidmat awam
Ketua Pengarah, Timbalan Ketua Pengarah, semua anggota Lembaga, Jawatankuasa atau jawatankuasa yang ditubuhkan di bawah seksyen 9, Pegawai Perkhidmatan Pekerjaan dan pegawai dan pekhidmat Pertubuhan, semasa menunaikan kewajipan mereka di bawah Akta ini atau mana-mana peraturan-peraturan yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini, hendaklah disifatkan sebagai pekhidmat awam mengikut pengertian Kanun Keseksaan [Akta 574].
