s 82 Power of Organization to establish or take over companies
(1) The Organization may, with the approval of the Minister and the Minister of Finance, establish or take over any company under the
Companies Act 2016 [Act 777] to carry out, administer, conduct and manage any project, joint venture, privatization programme, scheme, enterprise or any other matter which has been planned or undertaken by the Organization for the purposes of the System.
(2) The Organization may give directions to the company referred to in subsection (1) on matters relating to the administration, finance and operation of the company which are consistent with the provisions of this Act, and such company shall give effect to the directions.

Kuasa Pertubuhan untuk menubuhkan atau mengambil alih syarikat
(1) Pertubuhan boleh, dengan kelulusan Menteri dan Menteri Kewangan, menubuhkan atau mengambil alih mana-mana syarikat di bawah Akta Syarikat 2016 [Akta 777] untuk menjalankan, mentadbir, mengendalikan dan menguruskan apa-apa projek, usaha sama, program penswastaan, rancangan, perusahaan atau apa-apa perkara
lain yang telah dirancang atau diusahakan oleh Pertubuhan bagi maksud Sistem.
(2) Pertubuhan boleh memberi arahan kepada syarikat yang disebut dalam subseksyen (1) mengenai perkara yang berhubungan dengan pentadbiran, kewangan dan operasi syarikat itu yang selaras dengan peruntukan Akta ini, dan syarikat itu hendaklah melaksanakan arahan itu.
