s 1 Short title and commencement
(1) This Act may be cited as the Private Aged Healthcare Facilities and Services Act 2018. (2) This Act comes into operation on a date to be appointed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette.

(1) Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Kemudahan dan Perkhidmatan Jagaan Kesihatan Warga Emas Swasta 2018. (2) Akta ini mula berkuat kuasa pada tarikh yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta.
