The Director General may refuse to process an application for a licence, or may require that the application be amended or completed and resubmitted or that a fresh application be submitted in its place if the application is not made in accordance with the manner as determined by the Director General.
Penolakan untuk memproses permohonan lesen
Ketua Pengarah boleh menolak untuk memproses suatu permohonan lesen, atau boleh menghendaki supaya permohonan itu dipinda atau dilengkapkan dan dikemukakan semula atau supaya suatu permohonan baharu dikemukakan untuk menggantikannya sekiranya permohonan itu tidak dibuat mengikut cara yang ditentukan oleh Ketua Pengarah.
