Private Aged Healthcare Facilities and Services Act 2018 s 13
(1) Where the Director General decides to proceed with an application for a licence, the Director General shall appoint two or more persons to inspect the premises where aged healthcare facilities and services are to be provided to ascertain whether or not such premises complies with the standards or requirements. (2) The persons appointed under subsection (1) shall submit a report of the inspection to the Director General as soon as practicable.
Pemeriksaan premis
(1) Jika Ketua Pengarah memutuskan untuk meneruskan dengan permohonan lesen, Ketua Pengarah hendaklah melantik dua orang atau lebih untuk memeriksa premis yang di dalamnya kemudahan dan perkhidmatan jagaan kesihatan warga emas itu akan disediakan untuk memastikan sama ada atau tidak premis itu mematuhi standard atau kehendak. (2) Orang yang dilantik di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah mengemukakan laporan pemeriksaan itu kepada Ketua Pengarah dengan seberapa segera yang dapat dilaksanakan.
