Private Aged Healthcare Facilities and Services Act 2018 s 14
(1) Where the Director General is satisfied with the report of the inspection under subsection 13(2), the Director General may grant a licence to operate a private aged healthcare facilities and services at such premises. (2) A licence shall be in such form and contain such particulars as the Director General shall determine. (3) A licence shall be subject to the payment of the prescribed fee.
Pemberian lesen
(1) Jika Ketua Pengarah berpuas hati dengan laporan pemeriksaan di bawah subseksyen 13(2), Ketua Pengarah boleh memberikan lesen untuk mengendalikan kemudahan dan perkhidmatan jagaan kesihatan warga emas swasta di premis itu. (2) Lesen hendaklah dalam bentuk dan mengandungi butir-butir yang ditentukan oleh Ketua Pengarah. (3) Lesen adalah tertakluk kepada pembayaran fi yang ditetapkan.
