Private Aged Healthcare Facilities and Services Act 2018 s 18

s 18 Renewal of licence

(1) An application for the renewal of a licence shall be made in such manner as the Director General shall determine and shall be accompanied by the prescribed fee. (2) The Director General shall determine the duration of a licence upon renewal.

Pembaharuan lesen

(1) Suatu permohonan pembaharuan lesen hendaklah dibuat mengikut cara yang ditentukan oleh Ketua Pengarah dan hendaklah disertakan dengan fi yang ditetapkan. (2) Ketua Pengarah hendaklah menentukan tempoh lesen apabila diperbaharui.
