s 19 Transfer or assignment of licence
(1) The licensee or an interim licensee shall not transfer or assign the licence or interim licence, unless the prior approval of the Director General has been obtained.
(2) An application for the transfer or assignment of a licence or an interim licence shall be made to the Director General in such manner as the Director General shall determine and shall be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
(3) Any licensee or interim licensee who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable—
(a) where the licensee or interim licensee is an individual, to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit; and
(b) where the licensee or interim licensee is a body corporate, partnership or society, to a fine not exceeding thirty thousand ringgit.

Pemindahan atau penyerahhakan lesen
(1) Pemegang lesen atau pemegang lesen sementara tidak boleh memindahkan atau menyerahhakkan lesen atau lesen sementara, melainkan jika kelulusan Ketua Pengarah diperoleh terlebih dahulu.
(2) Permohonan pemindahan atau penyerahhakan suatu lesen atau lesen sementara hendaklah dibuat kepada Ketua Pengarah mengikut cara yang ditentukan oleh Ketua Pengarah dan hendaklah disertakan dengan fi yang ditetapkan.
(3) Mana-mana pemegang lesen atau pemegang lesen sementara yang melanggar subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan—
(a) jika pemegang lesen atau pemegang lesen sementara ialah seorang individu, didenda tidak melebihi sepuluh ribu ringgit; dan
(b) jika pemegang lesen atau pemegang lesen sementara ialah suatu pertubuhan perbadanan, perkongsian atau pertubuhan, didenda tidak melebihi tiga puluh ribu ringgit.
