s 31 Show cause
(1) Before revoking an approval, a licence or an interim licence, the Director General shall issue a show cause notice of his intention to do so and require the holder of the approval, licensee or interim licensee to make a representation within twenty-one days, or any extended period as the Director General may allow, from the date the notice is received as to why the approval, licence or interim licence should not be revoked.
(2) Subsection (1) shall not apply where the grounds for revocation relates to paragraph 30(b), (f) or (g).

Tunjuk sebab
(1) Sebelum membatalkan kelulusan, lesen atau lesen sementara, Ketua Pengarah hendaklah mengeluarkan notis tunjuk sebab tentang niatnya untuk berbuat demikian dan menghendaki pemegang kelulusan, pemegang lesen atau pemegang lesen sementara untuk membuat suatu representasi dalam tempoh dua puluh satu hari, atau apa-apa tempoh lanjutan yang dibenarkan oleh Ketua Pengarah, dari tarikh notis diterima tentang kenapa kelulusan, lesen atau lesen sementara itu tidak boleh dibatalkan.
(2) Subseksyen (1) tidak terpakai jika alasan pembatalan adalah berkaitan dengan perenggan 30(b), (f) atau (g).
