s 32 Revocation of approval, etc.
(1) After the expiry of the time specified in the show cause notice for the making of representation and after considering any representation of the holder of the approval, licensee or interim licensee, the Director General may— (a) revoke the approval, licence or interim licence; or (b) issue a warning or give any directions to the holder of the approval, licensee or interim licensee, or order the holder of the approval, licensee or interim licensee, to rectify the situation to the satisfaction of the Director General. (2) In respect of an approval, licence or interim licence which has been revoked on the grounds in paragraph 30(b), (f) or (g), it shall be sufficient for the Director General to notify the holder of the approval, licensee or interim licensee, as the case may be, of the revocation of the approval, licence or interim licence respectively.
