Private Aged Healthcare Facilities and Services Act 2018 s 34
A licensee shall cease to operate the private aged healthcare facilities and services where his or its licence has been revoked from the date the licensee is notified of the revocation, or within such period as the Director General shall determine.
Pemberhentian pengendalian
Pemegang lesen hendaklah berhenti mengendalikan kemudahan dan perkhidmatan jagaan kesihatan warga emas swasta jika lesennya dibatalkan mulai tarikh pemegang lesen diberitahu tentang pembatalan itu, atau dalam apa-apa tempoh yang ditentukan oleh Ketua Pengarah.
