s 39 Power of investigation
The Director General and any Inspector shall have all the powers necessary to carry out an investigation under this Act in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code [Act 593].

Ketua Pengarah dan mana-mana Inspektor hendaklah mempunyai segala kuasa yang perlu untuk menjalankan penyiasatan di bawah Akta ini mengikut Kanun Tatacara Jenayah [Akta 593].
