s 38 Power of enforcement
The Director General and any Inspector appointed under subsection 87(1) of the Private Healthcare Facilities and Services Act 1998 shall exercise the power of enforcement under this Act.

Ketua Pengarah dan mana-mana Inspektor yang dilantik di bawah subseksyen 87(1) Akta Kemudahan dan Perkhidmatan Jagaan Kesihatan Swasta 1998 hendaklah menjalankan kuasa penguatkuasaan di bawah Akta ini.
