Pool Betting Act 1967 (Revised - 2018) s 12
The Board may, with the approval of the Minister— (a) borrow moneys, whether by way of mortgage, charge, overdraft or otherwise; and (b) charge all or any of its movable or immovable property, whether present or future, in such manner as it thinks fit.

Lembaga boleh, dengan kelulusan Menteri— (a) meminjam wang, sama ada melalui gadai janji, gadaian, overdraf atau selainnya; dan (b) menggadaikan semua atau mana-mana harta alih atau harta tak alih, sama ada yang ada pada sekarang atau pada masa depan, dengan apa-apa cara yang difikirkan patut oleh Lembaga.
