Subang Golf Course Corporation Act 1968 (Revised - 2018) s 9

s 9 Revenues

(1) The Corporation shall have power to accept any grants, contributions, endowments, gifts or bequests made to or in favour of it. (2) The Corporation shall with the approval of the Minister of Finance have the power to borrow or raise moneys for the purpose of all or any of its functions. (3) The Government may make to the Corporation such grants or loans as it deems fit.

(1) Perbadanan hendaklah mempunyai kuasa untuk menerima apa-apa pemberian, sumbangan, derma kekal, hadiah atau bekues yang dibuat kepada atau bagi faedahnya. (2) Perbadanan hendaklah dengan kelulusan Menteri Kewangan mempunyai kuasa untuk meminjam atau memperdapatkan wang bagi maksud semua atau mana-mana fungsinya. (3) Kerajaan boleh memberi apa-apa pemberian atau pinjaman yang disifatkannya patut kepada Perbadanan.
