s 34 Refund upon satisfaction of Director General and with supporting evidence

(1) The Director General may make such refund in respect of the claim under subsection 33(1) after being satisfied that the person has properly established the claim. (2) A claim under this section shall be supported by such evidence as required by the Director General.

Pembayaran balik apabila Ketua Pengarah berpuas hati dan dengan keterangan sokongan

(1) Ketua Pengarah boleh membuat pembayaran balik berkenaan dengan tuntutan di bawah subseksyen 33(1) selepas berpuas hati bahawa orang itu telah membuktikan tuntutan itu dengan sepatutnya. (2) Suatu tuntutan di bawah seksyen ini hendaklah disokong oleh apa-apa keterangan sebagaimana yang dikehendaki oleh Ketua Pengarah.
