Departure Levy Act 2019 s 35

s 35 Powers of enforcement, inspection and investigation

For the purposes of this Act, every officer of customs shall have all powers conferred under the Customs Act 1967, and such powers shall be in addition to the powers provided for under this Act and not in derogation thereof.

Kuasa penguatkuasaan, pemeriksaan dan penyiasatan

Bagi maksud Akta ini, tiap-tiap pegawai kastam hendaklah mempunyai semua kuasa yang diberikan di bawah Akta Kastam 1967, dan kuasa itu hendaklah sebagai tambahan kepada kuasa yang diperuntukkan di bawah Akta ini dan tidak mengurangkannya.
