s 46 Jurisdiction to try offences
Notwithstanding any written law to the contrary, a Sessions Court shall have jurisdiction to try any offence under this Act and to impose punishment under this Act for any such offence.

Bidang kuasa untuk membicarakan kesalahan
Walau apa pun mana-mana undang-undang bertulis yang berlawanan, Mahkamah Sesyen hendaklah mempunyai bidang kuasa untuk membicarakan apa-apa kesalahan di bawah Akta ini dan mengenakan hukuman di bawah Akta ini bagi mana-mana kesalahan itu.
