Departure Levy Act 2019 s 50
s 50 No costs or damages arising from seizure to be recoverable unless seizure without reasonable or probable cause
No person shall in any proceedings before any court in respect of the seizure of any thing seized in the exercise or the purported exercise of any power conferred under this Act, be entitled to the costs of the proceedings or to any damages or other relief other than an order for the return of the thing or the payment of the value unless the seizure was made without reasonable or probable cause.

Tiada kos atau ganti rugi yang timbul daripada penyitaan boleh didapatkan balik melainkan jika penyitaan tanpa sebab yang munasabah atau sebab barangkali
Tiada seorang pun boleh dalam apa-apa prosiding di hadapan mana-mana mahkamah berkenaan dengan penyitaan apa-apa benda yang disita pada penjalanan atau yang berupa sebagai penjalanan apa-apa kuasa yang diberikan di bawah Akta ini, berhak mendapat kos prosiding itu atau apa-apa ganti rugi atau relief lain selain suatu perintah bagi pemulangan benda itu atau pembayaran nilainya melainkan jika penyitaan itu dibuat tanpa sebab yang munasabah atau sebab barangkali.
