s 52 Court order
(1) Where any person is found guilty of an offence under this Act, the court before which that person is found guilty shall order that person to pay to the Director General the amount of departure levy due and payable or any penalty payable under this Act, if any, as certified by the Director General and the departure levy or penalty shall be recoverable in the same manner as a fine as provided under section 283 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
(2) Where any person is found not guilty of an offence under this Act, and if he has paid the amount of departure levy due and payable or penalty payable in respect of the offence charged, the court may order the amount paid to be refunded to such person where no notice of appeal is filed.

Perintah mahkamah
(1) Jika mana-mana orang didapati bersalah atas suatu kesalahan di bawah Akta ini, mahkamah yang di hadapannya orang itu didapati bersalah hendaklah memerintahkan orang itu membayar kepada Ketua Pengarah amaun levi pelepasan yang genap masa dan kena dibayar atau apa-apa penalti yang kena dibayar di bawah Akta ini, jika ada, sebagaimana yang diperakui oleh Ketua Pengarah dan levi pelepasan atau penalti itu hendaklah didapatkan semula mengikut cara yang sama sebagaimana suatu denda yang diperuntukkan di bawah seksyen 283 Kanun Tatacara Jenayah.
(2) Jika mana-mana orang itu didapati tidak bersalah atas suatu kesalahan di bawah Akta ini, dan jika dia telah membayar amaun levi pelepasan yang genap masa dan kena dibayar atau penalti yang kena dibayar berkenaan dengan kesalahan yang dipertuduh, mahkamah boleh memerintahkan supaya amaun yang telah dibayar itu dibayar balik kepada orang itu jika tiada notis rayuan difailkan.
